Bug Description
No more than 1 experiment can be built at the same time. The build should be in a separate process. The number of build process should be configurable and the maximum build processes that can be queued.
There should be also some kind of feedback of what is going on from the build interface.
Don't use locks, multiprocess queues.

For 0.1 milestone there is no need to report the queue in the UI
