Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

The emacs23 contextual menu do not appear with the new window manager.
For example when using svn or git emacs packages the svn or git menus do not appear
idem for debian emacs mode

This bug renders emacs rather unfriendly in ubuntu !

it seems that a recent upgrade that the emacs23 menus do not show anymore in the window header like for other
apps. now the contextual/mode menus are back

the issue is an indicator-appmenu one, there is already a bug tracking emacs issue and it got blocked from menu export for natty since some of those issues are not solved yet
