Can't access websites that start with a hyphen

Bug Description

I'm trying to get to a website that has the character - in it. (It's -texasissouth.tumblr.com) I can access it with IE on windows, but I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and Opera on linux and all of them tell me that they can't access them. This was confirmed by another user.

I'm using 11.04

This bug is already reported but I cannot rember his number.
This is not a bug is simply a violation of the rules because the names of the sites cannot start with - .
