Libre Office has issues with displaying menus and window controls

Binary package hint: unity

When opening Libre Office (specifically Impress), when opening an existing document it shows two different menus, one in the Global Menu area and one directly below it. Additionally there are now window control buttons. See attached screenshot.

Lets separate the issues:
1) "When opening Libre Office (specifically Impress), when opening an existing document it shows two different menus, one in the Global Menu area and one directly below it."
Do you have the package "lo-menubar" installed? Without it you wont get the experimental global menubar support for LO.

2) "Additionally there are now window control buttons. See attached screenshot."
Sounds like a duplicate of bug 728927, is it?
