Lead : Mess between info in "contact form" of the lead and contact of the partner link with the lead

During workshop on crm, we point that information in the lead form and in the contact form of the linked partner should be the same. But since you create a partner and then you change one information it's not anymore synchronized.

Once a partner is created and linked with the lead, it shouldn't be possible to change information in the lead form about the contact.

Comment from the workshop :
"lead form need to be syncronized with the partner form. most of the time there is a gap between both the information in lead and in partner form we need to do some schedulear so that as soon as some data is changed in lead form it should gets updated to partner form as well for example the phone number etc..."

Hi,

not sure it this is the right place to report my issue or I should create a separate bug log.

Once lead is qualified and converted to the opportunity (plus partner is created) lead gets saved to the partner form. But that's just part of the job needed.

It should also create a partner contact. Once we have opportunity and partner created we don't know whom to call/contact further. We need to go to the partner lead and copy/paste the info to create partner contact.

As you can see, lot of manual work that's taking a to much time from the sales. All other CRM tools have this feature and it is pretty straightforward.
