Bug Description
Pasting text into the dash search with ctrl+v does not work. It pastes a strange symbol instead (I was unable to take a screenshot since the Unity dash being open disables the printscreen function). The expected behavior is that either the text is pasted correctly (consistent with the start menu search in Win Vista/7) or the ctrl+v shortcut key is disabled when the dash is opened
