Bug Description

If I have more than one application running, Firefox and Thunderbird, the global menu gets confused and doesn't show Firefox menus.

Can you confirm if this is fixed? I cannot reproduce this in the latest version of Unity (3.8.10-0ubuntu2)

I updated Natty last night and have not seen the problem reappear. Seems fixed. Will keep you posted if it pops up again. One more bug down.

The problem recurs. One needs to click on the non-responding app in the launcher and then only global menu sees it. It is a bit annoying but doesn't happen every now and then. Also, during Skype if sharing screen, you can't control the screen. If my friend is sharing his screen with me I can't minimize or move his screen. Every other window gets under the shared screen.
