Bug Description
My favo LottaNzb is not reaching my max speed... I've tried both LottaNzb an another nzb program (i'm using ubuntu 10.10) and problem still remains... The other nzb program downloaded the nzb file in 15 mins, and when i tried it with lotta in the fisrt 15 mins only 33% of the file was downloaded...

You should make sure that no download speed limit is set in Edit -> Preferences. Also, it might help to increase the number of allowed connections in the preferences tab 'Servers'. Also, check if there are any error messages listed in About -> Message Log.
