hp-toolbox icon doesn't appear in panel

Hi everybody,
I have running natty twice on 2 separate indepedent disks and their is the same bug on them both which is confusing me.
Running Unity-modus Hpgui-icon doesn't appear in the panel, but their is a very small black point instead of it. You can activate the main and the context menu of hp-toolbox using your computer mouse and clicking on the point.
If I do activate the xserver modus with vesa driver via Bios the icon appears in this session.
I had already been started dconf-editor to proof its settings. But there is everything fine.
The whitelist in there shows me
['JavaEmbeddedFrame', 'Mumble', 'Wine', 'Skype', 'hp-systray']
When I do starting Skype, the Skype icon appears in the panel with distance of one icon beside the others.
So my opinion is, that the hpsystray-icon exists in its functions but will not shown in the panel.

I am at my wit's end.

Please help me.
