[stormyfacts] cross-database alias don't work apparently

I spent quite some time trying to create the alias "!hammertime alias hammertime#ubuntu-offtopic@en" in a separate 'offtopic' category without avail.

try to figure what's wrong.

Aliases can't target factoids not in the same database.

Aliases can only target factoids in the same database, however, using the foo@db syntax is causing some weirdness with aliases that should be addressed.
