Dash - clicking inside the Dash search box should remove the search hint and display a blinking carete

Bug Description
In testing, participants were confused when they wanted to make a search because after clicking inside the search box, they had no feedback that the box was ready to accept a search term.
Desired solution:
- When a user click inside the search box, remove the hint text and display a blinking cursor
- This change does not impact the search box being focused by default. A user should be able to start typing as soon as they enter the Dash without needing to click inside the search box.
