download speed shown by LottaNZB is not the actual speed.

LottaNZB reports the download speed it receives from SABnzbd, which does the actual work for LottaNZB. You should check if SABnzbd also reports the wrong download speed. Choose File -> Open Web Interface.

To add to my earlier comments: sometimes the download speed shows the correct downloadspeed in both Lotta NZB and SABnzb+
