firefox freezes with complex javascript (edgy)

Hi,

I am using Edgy on a AMD 64 bit. I have installed both Firefox32 bit and also Firefox 64 using the synaptic.

Firefox 2 freezes when I am viewing websites with lots of javascipt menus such as http://www.royalcanin.com/accueil/gb_sommaire.asp ( which has a javascript menu on the right hand side). It freezes you can't open a new window or tab, you can't reload the page, you can move to another page - but you can resize the window and access the menu bar and buttons.

If you would like more information let me know,

p.s. This might be related to the currently unfixed but with Java that cause Eclipse to crash before loading.

I have some freezes on the website from dailymotion and some other websites.Firefoxe/ubuntu freezes 15-20 secondes,than after it works normaly.

I was wondering if you are still experiencing this issue.
