Bug Description

Binary package hint: dpkg

Upgrade from 9.10 to 10.04 failed. "The upgrade is now aborted. Your system could be in an unusable state. A recovery will run now (dpkg --configure -a)." Sigh.

Hmm. After doing 'apt-get autoclean', 'apt-get autoremove' and 'apt-get install -f', things seems to be ok. Could it have been that the xorg-files were too large for some cache under /var or something, and that after some freeing of space the install went through better? Everything seems ok for now at least.

The problem is in the nvidia xorg driver diverting some files to a non-existing directory...

That version is no more supported; please open a new bug report if the actual archive found version also has the same issue.
