Please backport php5-xache 1.3.1 from Natty's universe repo (http://packages.ubuntu.com/natty/php5-xcache).
1.3.0 that is in Lucid contains a major memory leak bug. see http://xcache.lighttpd.net/ticket/258
It was fixed in 1.3.1

If there is a memory leak in lucid php5-xcache version then it should
be fixed. There is a patch against 1.3 branch in the upstream
repository [1], and it should be included in lucid-updates as the SRU.
