Bug Description
this needs more info. and a basic visual look.
the idea is that when you go to upload some file, you are presented with flow to upload to CM for more storage and/or licensing options boom.
Ideally, one has default already to make faster.
So there is both:
1.) media hosting
2.) licensing
that needs to happen at the point of posting/uploading.
