compiz crashed with SIGSEGV in PrivateWindow::updateStartupId()

How to report visual bugs. For instance many time ALT-TAB does not show
the icons of open window. So it is hard to find which window to select.
There many such issue ( I meant visual artifacts). How to report such
issue.
