The title at the top of the screen does not update when changing tabs, unless I focus another window and then focus back

Bug Description
I have attached a screenshot showing adobe reader with negotiate to win book selected while the title remained the other tab with sex time and power. This happens in all applications (like in Firefox when changing tabs)

Apparently after a system restart all is OK. In the previous session the gnome panel crashed and restarted. Maybe that had something to do with the bug, if the information is of any help.
