[natty] GPU lockup (waiting for 0x00000765 last fence id 0x00000764) - ati graphics card, desktop goes into freeze loop

Desktop will freeze up, then 10 seconds later it will 'reboot' then freeze again.

This is on the ubuntu 11.04 beta 2 live cd with an ati 5850 graphics card.
