Bug Description
Binary package hint: bzr
As far as I can understand, bazaar requires some consumer key to be set if I want to file a merge request from command line.
Probably it should be stated more clearly than by plain stacktrace (if this feature is really available only to customers) or fixed somehow.

thanks for reporting it; this is actually a (fairly annoying) lplib bug 745801
