Bug Description

We should set Chromium as the default browser.

Why? Epiphany is the default GNOME browser. By "choosing" something else than the default GNOME choices, you are starting "yet another distribution". If the goal of the project is to be a Vanilla GNOME Ubuntu, no choice should ever be made. It should be GNOME, that's it.

Agreed. I'd really like to see an Ubuntu-based distro with a clean, desktop utilizing all that Gnome 3 offers. The only place I might deviate, of course, would be LibreOffice as Gnome does not have anything equivalent to replace it (or have no office suite installed at all by default).
