Bug Description
Tested with latest trunk & MacOSX
1. Goto Recordings menu and hit "Start recording" button
2. After a short while hit "Stop recording" button
3. Try to load the new recorded file in a deck/sampler
4. Warning message appears "Could not load the following file because it is in use by Mixxx or another application.
