Bug Description

Binary package hint: banshee

~$ uname -a
Linux T42 2.6.38-8-generic #42-Ubuntu SMP Mon Apr 11 03:31:50 UTC 2011 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
If I play a song from my smart playlist »Unheard« completely from the beginning to its end, Banshee 2.0.0 either removes it then from the playlist »Unheard« or not. I have not found out why this erratic behavior occurs. But I noticed in the properties of a song which I have played that the properties noted the time when the song had been played but the counter »PlayCount« did not increment to 1. I noticed also sometimes that the same song disappeared from the »Unheard« list later.

Hi,

By right, the "Unheard" smart playlist lists all songs which have a play count
of 0, and a skip count of 0. You can confirm this by right clicking on it and
clicking "Edit Smart Playlist".

The issue is caused by play count not incrementing after you have finished
playing the song, but I can't reproduce this. Could you provide a step-by-step
test case to reproduce this issue?
