Keyboard input delivered to wrong window

To reproduce:

  1. Ctrl-Alt-t (to open a new terminal)
  2. cd /usr/share/icons/unity-icon-theme/apps/128 (or any other directory with images)
  3. eog . (image viewer opens on top of terminal, window appearance shows eog as active)
  4. Press Alt-F4

What happens:

  5. Terminal closes (underneath) stays, image viewer (on top) stays

What I expect to happen:

  5. Terminal stays, image viewer closes

this is from compiz focus prevention, however i am unable to reproduce. eog take focus as i would expect it to for me. could you check the focus prevention level setting in ccsm under general settings and report back with your value?
