Bug Description

Binary package hint: indicator-weather

indicator weather is looking for a log file, that no longer exists in ~/.cache
It shouldn't depend on it, and the reason I don't have it is because I changed my cache folder, so there's a second bug:

indicator weather has ~/.cache hard coded for cache, instead of following the free desktop standard, $XDG_CACHE_HOME
Please include it:
http://standards.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/basedir-spec-latest.html
Quoting:
$XDG_CACHE_HOME defines the base directory relative to which user specific non-essential data files should be stored. If $XDG_CACHE_HOME is either not set or empty, a default equal to $HOME/.cache should be used.
