Freeze occasionally on use of MT gestures

When using MT gestures in Unity, especially the 3 touch 'love handles', Unity and X freezes, nothing but ALT-F1 registers to go to the terminal.

The compiz plugin is not used (yet), so this problem should most likely be filed against unity itself. Please also note the date of the latest update, since the problem might already be fixed.

If there is anything else I can provide, please let me know. I appreciate all the hard work going into MT. I've seen it grow in leaps and bounds in Ubuntu.

Could you please follow the instructions on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Unity/FilingBugs#Getting%20a%20stack%20trace and attach unity.log to this bug report?

There are two sets of instructions there, one of the is for connecting to a running process. Do those ones.

I can reliably reproduce this on my Dell Latitude XT2.

Attached is the process tree while desktop is hung. Not sure which process needs a stack stack trace, but I can get one if required.

I also can reproduce this on my Dell Latitude XT2.

Happens when I use 3 and 4 finger gestures, anywhere from 10s - 10m of MT use.

While the time until it hang varies, it always happens.

I believe this has been fixed as of Oneric Release. I'm not having this issue anymore.
