Non-standard format for error message when removing non-existent packaging link

Go to https://translations.qastaging.launchpad.net/ubuntu/natty/+source/gwibber/+remove-packaging when there's no packaging link. You'll see an error message that says "This upstream association was deleted already" in standard body text on a pink (red?) background. That's not how we display error messages in Launchpad.
