AJAX overlay in "Usage settings" and "Import settings" use a Cancel button instead of a link

Guidelines say that cancel should be a link.

<beuno> the rationale was that cancelling isn't an action
<beuno> so a link is more representitive of what actually happens
<beuno> as well as making it harder for you to mis-click cancel
<beuno> because submit and cancel are so different

To see it:
1) Go to https://translations.qastaging.launchpad.net/ubuntu/natty/+source/gwibber/+sharing-details
2) Make sure there's an upstream series linked
3a.) Click on the edit icon to change "Translations are enabled on the upstream project." (or negative equivalent). You should see enable-translations.png
3b.) Click on the edit icon to change "Automatic synchronization of translations is not enabled." (or negative equivalent). You should see enable-syncronization.png

Likewise, I think the green check mark and red x icons will solve this issue, and should be easy to change to.
