Bug Description
Please remove dhcp3 from universe, isc-dhcp has transitional packages that is preventing it from being installed.

We have updated to v4, and there were concerns there was going to be some incompatibly so we kept v3 around. V4 has proved to be strong during the cycle, although we had to fix one major regression.
Otherwise, it makes sense to drop it. :)
