Unhelpful title for "enable translations on an upstream project" dialog

Bug Description

Go to a page like: <https://translations.qastaging.launchpad.net/ubuntu/natty/+source/gnuhello/+sharing-details>, click on "Translations are enabled on the upstream project." (or negative equivalent). The "title" of the box is "Usage settings", which gives me no clue about what I'm changing. Usage of what exactly?

Since no alternative has been suggested, I'll use "Configure translations", which is the title of the page the form comes from.
