Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

Restarting compiz (at least in VirtualBox) from Unity results in a mixed Classic Desktop / Unity environment session (screenshot attached). When hovering over gnome-panel you sometimes get the unity panel and sometimes the gnome-panel.

Not sure if it's a bug, but this should probably be prevented from happening.

Thanks for your report.

I'm unable to reproduce it by running 'compiz --replace &' from a Unity session. Could you please describe the steps to reproduce it ?
