Dump word completion memory into wtd file

The word completion information should be dumped into the wtd file. Currently, completions are loaded by scanning the document again. While this can be useful, it does not take into account phrases. Phrases, too, could be scanned for, but it might be a more stable solution to implement this. That way, user information can be permanent across documents as well.
