Bug Description

The first time when performing a backup, if I select the incremental backup option, I get an error: "username or password incorrect" but the username and password are correct. However if I do not check the incremental backup option, it works and I can enable the incremental backup option starting with the second backup and it now works.

If I double click "gui.py" I get the error described above. However, if I run it in a terminal, the error is not displayed but the backup never goes past 0% and apparently it wants me to interact with the terminal:

andrei@andrei-desktop:~/Desktop/test/backup-gmail$ ./gui.py
[/home/andrei/Desktop/test/backup-gmail/aaa] Already exists overwrite? (use -i for incremental backup) [N/y]

There's no GUI dialog box asking for this, that message is only displayed in the terminal...

Oh and one more thing: I've selected an empty folder so there's nothing to overwrite...
