I'm not sure that this is a dupe of #192389, since there seems to be an API change in python-compizconfig just recently. fusion-icon works great for me in maverick, but crashes because the 'decoration' plugin's name has changed to 'decor'. Also, Plugin.Screen is now used instead of Plugin.Display.
After making the attached changes, fusion-icon works great.
