Bug Description
The Elementary entry should not needlessly hardcode a foreground colour, because this doesn't play well with themes using a dark entry background.
The function reset_font() should be passing null, rather than any colour:
this.modify_text (Gtk.StateType.

thank you, I couldn't figure this out when I wrote these for Dexter, it has
been fixed in Dexter, it just needs to be fixed in elementary widgets
