Bug Description

The dpgks in the PPA repository appear to be missing the glance/registry/db/migrate_repo/*.sql files (the .py files are there as expected). Most specifically 006_mysql_{upgrade,downgrade}.sql and 006_sqlite_{upgrade,downgrade}.sql.
