Please sync lyx 2.0.0~rc3-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

The new upstream release fixes http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/7375 and other annoying bugs. In bug 731978 it was decided that we should ship final LyX in Natty (or at least the latest RC).

Thank you for your bug report. I updated the description to follow the guidelines for sync requests (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SyncRequestProcess). In this case, also a feature freeze exception is necessary (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess). I also subscribed the respective teams so that they are aware of the bug.
