Add patterns to set extra bug tags

The patterns listed here where added by Matthias Klose for his bug filing for i386.

I could merge this to svammel trunk if those are useful for everyone running the script. The only reason I see not to gather these in a growing set is if some users do not want the extra tags for some reason. Perhaps also if there are different opinions for the exact tag to be set for a pattern.

I propose adding these to svammel and let anyone who has a different opinion remove or change them. The alternative is to leave this empty so anyone can add their own patterns.

I think it's ok to have these as part of svammel. We can look at more
flexibility if users find that they need it.
