Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

I am not sure if gnome-control-center is installed by default on Natty but it, or some similar package, should... and it should be stick to the bar in the left from get go, cause there is no way for new users to locate the Admin and Preferences icons like it used to in Ubuntu-Classic (gnome), cause they cannot guess what to search for, and alphabetically is NOT a good way to browse for them

gnome-control-center at least acts like a Control Panel (from Windows) and have a "familiar" effect with the bonus of keeping the adjusts in one place, unless the "all over the place" is the way to go for Ubuntu now

Yes, the gnome-control center is installed by default, and is accessible in Natty by clicking the power button in the top right corner, and selecting system settings, the last item from the menu. Note however, that this will change in Oneiric, the shortcut will be moved to the launcher (the bar from the left). Is this enough for you to close this bug? If not, what exactly is your request?
