fortune in foregein language

When I want to see some fortune cookie, apears in english.

I think that it would be good if ubuntu comes with fortunes-es package installed, or the one that corresponded to the user language.

STEPS

1.- Install ubuntu in spanish
2.- Open a terminal and launch "fortune"
3.- Learn some english to understand the cookie and report a bug

installing the correct package for the choosen default language would be cool. My girlfriend was happy about Wanda, the fish, but not about Wanda speaking english.

Here are the current supported languages for fortune:

fortune-zh - Chinese Data files for fortune
fortunes-bg - Bulgarian data files for fortune
fortunes-br - Data files with fortune cookies in Portuguese
fortunes-cs - Czech and Slovak data files for fortune
fortunes-de - German data files for fortune
fortunes-eo - Collection of esperanto fortunes.
fortunes-es - Spanish fortune database
fortunes-fr - French fortunes cookies
fortunes-ga - Irish (Gaelige) data files for fortune
fortunes-it - Data files containing Italian fortune cook
fortunes-min - English data files for fortune
fortunes-pl - Polish data files for fortune
fortunes-ru - Russian data files for fortune

If the user installs ubuntu in some of this languages, the above corresponding package should be installed.

On my English language Ubuntu 18.04 system, if I only install Spanish fortunes (by installing the fortune-mod, fortunes-es, and fortunes-es-off packages), then /usr/games/fortune fails to work at all! See https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fortune-mod/+bug/888249/comments/2 for more details.
