Reassign copyright from WebAtlas to Gephi

Most files originally copyrighted by WebAtlas seem to have had their copyright reassigned to Gephi. The following files remain with a "Copyright .* WebAtlas" header line. Reassigning these (if possible) would give the Gephi project full ownership/control over these files.

I must have copied the wrong header when creating those files last summer.

Yes the ownership has been transfered for a while, this mistake is fixed on rev 2205.
