ubuntustudio- controls will not be included in the Natty release since the current version is outdated. A new version will hopefully be shipped with Ubuntu Studio 11.10.
Also, the functionality of the current ubuntustudio- controls is not needed in Natty for two reasons. One: firewire works out of the box. 2: installing jackd creates the file /etc/security/ limits. d/audio. conf which gives realtime privilege to @audio group.
In order to get realtime privilege for the user, all that is needed is to become a member of audio group.
