pgadmin isn't listed in left application panel in unity

When I start pgadmin3 in unity-2d, it doesn't appear in the left application panel.

The application does not appear as a new entry on launcher (left panel).
I tryed to add a shortcut on launcher by dropping the ".desktop" to it, this does not capture the application.
I verify WM_CLASS with xprop, and add "StartupWMClass=Pgadmin3" to original shortcut, then drop it to launcher, but not happens.

Is not easy to manage windows not handled by launcher. Please solve it.

If you lose the window, you can get it back by using Super (Windows Key) + w. Fortunately, even though Unity can't see it, Expo still can.
