Bug Description

Currently there is no favicon shown in Firefox for the default homepage (about:startpage). This is because of the magic that happens inside Firefox to translate the about: URL to the http: URL (about:startpage -> http://start.ubuntu.com/) prevents Firefox from picking up the favicon at http://start.ubuntu.com/favicon.ico.

We should specify these in the HTML so that this works
