Er... talking about the display utility. Using "ubuntu-bug -w" made it be reported on this package.

That's the label to tell you which monitor you're looking out - it needs to be somewhere and cover something. The assumption is that you'll finish arranging your monitors before actually wanting to use the system.

I think my issue then was that it was impossible to cancel arranging and
close it.
