[natty]Firefox stops responding with the fglrx driver

Binary package hint: firefox

With the latest fglrx in the natty beta, firefox simply stops responding to mouse clicks and only works again when i minimise firefox and then bring it into focus again. Happens after every minute or so of using firefox.

I get the same behavior. Simply doing Alt+Tab to switch to another window and then back to FF will make FF stop redrawing content, at which point you have to minimize-maximize to get it to work properly. I'm also using fglrx.

Such an important bug yet no developer comments yet.Granted you have an excuse about fglrx being proprietary but you can atleast comment on it.

None of you are using fglrx i am sure. Iam using it though and since natty has been released , you can expect new user's impressions of unity ruined because firefox freezes with fglrx.

Now what do most computer users do most of the time? Browse the internet.And the number one app for browing ? Firefox.

I second that - this one needs immediate attention. Completely unable to get Firefox to work on Natty upgraded from Maverick.

Not sure about fglrx, it stopped responding on nvidia too, but Alt+Tab or minimize/maximize doesn't work. I'm using chrome at the moment.
