Bug Description

Several featured applications in the Ubuntu Software Center either (a) have no icons included in `app-install/icons`, or (b) have icons that are dramatically lower in resolution quality than other sizes the applications provide.

(a) category apps: Arista, Audacity, Cheese, Freeciv, Liferea
(b) category apps: Blender, Getting Things GNOME, PDFMod

Shipping better icons with app-install would be desirable.

EDIT: This bug probably belongs more to archive-crawler.

My branch already adds improved versions of the listed applications. Could use some guidance of what's a reasonable filesize; currently I've added several SVG versions around 30K, but these will probably be too big.
