swauth-cleanup-tokens "not found" error handling

Bug Description

swauth-cleanup-tokens should ignore tokens "not found" (if they got deleted by something else between seeing in a listing and trying to delete, that's okay).

However, a token container is not found it should report that error and ask the user to rerun swauth-prep.
