Error when click on New button to create new customer invoice line

openobject-server version: build 3395, latest
openobject-client-web version: build 4569, latest
openobject-addons version: build 4512, latest

Note: supplier invoice does not have this issue
I have issue with customer Invoice.

1. Create a new customer invoice
2. Fill with a customer name (for ex: axelor)
3. Click on New button to create a new invoice line. Error happens with long messages, at the end is

I have tested your scenario at my end with latest code[ server - 3395, addons - 4513, web - 4569 ] and it is working fine. I have attached a video for your reference so, please check and notify us. If problem occurred than attached screenshot or Traceback.

I've tested again my case. Other databases dont have this issue. Just my current database has. Could you check again my attached database.

The fix for web-client has been committed to lp:~openerp-dev/openobject-client-web/6.0-opw-5073-sma
with the following revision.

Revision-info:
4575 <email address hidden>

Soon it will be merged into trunk web-client.
