libglu1-mesa-dev depends on libglu1-mesa version 6.5.1~20060817-0ubuntu3 but you have version 6.5.1+cvs20060824 installed.

Where does this version come from?

Sorry. My fault. I dunno where I get libglu1-mesa=6.5.1+cvs20060824 (probably custom installation when I had dapper). I've solved problem by forcing installation of standard Ubuntu version.
